Orders received after 1 pm will be processed the following business day.

Port Roque connects you with designers across Latin America. Every designer directly ships your purchase from their country of origin, so you may receive several packages.
Regardless of country of origin, you can expect your in stock shipment to be delivered 3-6 business days after the order has been processed.
If you are ordering a "Pre-Order" item, please refer to the item details on the product page for a detailed timeline of handling time. Our Pre-order pieces are hand-made and made to order by artisans.
If you are concerned your order will not arrive on time, please contact us via email after you place your order to email@example.com with your concern and we will do our best to accomodate to your timeline.
After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase, followed by an email with a tracking number.
