At Port Roque, we connect you directly with Latin American designers. The majority of these items are hand-made by artisans across South and Central America who depend on customers like you for their livelihood.
We want you to be 100% pleased with your order. To continue to serve these artisans, we offer a 7-day return policy. From the date your package is delivered, you have 7 days to request a print-at-home return label and to postmark your package. All items except final sale are eligible for refund if they comply with our return policy. You can also request an exchange of product.
Items can be returned up to 7 days after the delivery date for a refund or store credit.
To ensure a future without over-production and environmentally devastating waste, we do not hold inventory.
So to help us reduce the impact of excess stock on the environment, we charge a small Zero Waste Fee ($35) which will be deducted from your refund. We charge this fee because we don't build inventory into our up-front pricing and shipping therefore offering you the lowest price possible.

Legal Made Us Say This
Returned items must be sent back a maximum of 7 days after the delivery date and comply with our returns policy:
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
Beauty and cosmetic products must be returned unopened and unused, with the seals of any packaging still intact.
Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear items must be returned with the hygiene seals attached and in unopened and undamaged product packaging, where applicable.
Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.
Due to the nature of face masks, we will not be able to accept returns unless the item is damaged or faulty when delivered to you.
Jewelry must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it.
Port Roque reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in Port Roque's sole discretion

Purchases made through Facebook or Instagram are a little tricky when it comes to refunding (there’s a lot of technical limitations, unfortunately!) and we are only able to complete the refund after charging the Zero Waste Fee via invoice (which will be sent over in a separate email). Once this invoice is paid we will be able to refund the remainder of the return.
